so I'll understand this type of stuff
you use the circle tool for the head and that's what every starter does but it doesn't mean it's a good thing
the hair..... the hair looks like mint chocolate chip ice cream
maybe that's what you were planning to do but the dots makes it look like there's bugs on their hair,
I never used MS paint but I think it's what you use
so I recommend using
medibang ,I use it ,tho it's kinda hard for a beginner but you'll get use to it (if you know another drawing software that you'll understand better, maybe do research on that one to make it more easier for you)

cause your colouring is off and the body looks unnatural,
